  • MEP concept consultancy meetings to help you understand what is possible.
  • Project feasibility reports to support planning, funding etc.
  • Performance design for D&B contracts.
  • Detailed, fully coordinated design.
  • Thermal Modelling for Building regulation compliance (certified to the highest level 5 standard) as well as for thermal comfort, BREEAM, summertime overheating or passive cooling/heating criteria.
  • SBEM & EPC production as well as advice on the most effective routes for compliance.
  • Design to BIM level 2 standard utilising Revit MEP.
  • Mechanical and electrical engineering calculations.
  • Asset condition reports.
  • Advice on Co2 emission reduction, incorporation of low or zero carbon renewable technologies and energy strategies.
