We believe that exceptional buildings only derive from a collaborative approach from day one. Since project budgets for design fees are always tight at this stage, we will work with you to minimise these initial costs. This ensures that every engineering opportunity is considered early enough for incorporation into the next stage.

Sustainability in the DNA of Concept MEP
We understand that sustainability is not only about low or zero carbon renewable technologies. It starts with the right mindset and encompasses so many facets of a building’s design. Considering how to reduce the usage of materials and energy wastage is just as important. Concept MEP works with our clients from the very early stages of a project to identify all potential routes to deliver more sustainable buildings in a cost-effective way.
